Citronella candles (above) are stylishly disguised in alabaster votive holders to keep bugs at bay. Copper chargers, gilded glasses-cum-vases and a Moroccan-inspired hurricane complete the look. Glass star lanterns are hung with fishing wire from the pergola to create the illusion of floating light. Table, chairs, love seat and bar cart from Al’s Easy Livin’.
Easy and Exotic
There’s only one thing better than an evening spent enjoying good food and good friends: doing the same on a warm summer night in a great outdoor space. With this deck we’ve created a sophisticated spot for evening entertaining inspired by exotic locales: the warm jewel tones and intricately swirled patterns conjure up place like Morocco and India. The round wrought-iron dining table seats anywhere from two to five, ideal for intimate dinners. The matching love seat in the adjacent corner and the flexible rolling bar cart allows the deck’s entertaining capacity to expand for larger groups. A few added details complete the picture: Patterned table runners hang over the deck’s railings, adding a hit of color and pattern. To offer soft, ambient lighting, nearly all the tabletops are dotted with hurricanes and votive candleholders, while candlelit star lanterns hang from above and rest on the deck’s railing.

Tall bamboo baskets topped with chargers make unique, movable side tables. Jewel-colored throw pillows and a richly patterned light-wool throw spice up the love seat’s neutral cushions.
